With over 25+ years of leadership experience, my journey has taken me from managing a UK Software Services Renewal Sales team, European operational leadership roles to leading one of many transformational projects building a Global Service Center in four locations, focused on Customer Service and Hardware delivery. I’ve navigated complex challenges and developed a deep understanding of what it takes to drive growth, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional outcomes.
