TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EVENTS/BREAKS

Confirmed Events & Breaks


All our confirmed events & breaks will have full information listed with price options in each relevant event square, just click to view details. If the ticket option isn't showing, the event or break isn't on sale at that present moment and you'll need to check back or sign up for our newsletter to keep updated.



Event Tickets


We don't print or send tickets out unless specified. We run a guest list for each event where your name(s) are added once you've purchased your place(s). Your payment is your receipt unless you request an invoice from us. In case of a problem in attending, your place(s) are transferable but we must be informed of the name change for the guest list. We do not email you any further details unless otherwise stated and any updates will be on the relevant Business Connections with Cheshire Socialites Facebook Group, under events or on our website diary page. You can also contact us by email with any questions.



Reviews


We would be grateful once you have attended one of our events if you would leave us a review on our Facebook page. If on a very rare occasion there are any problems, we ask that you contact us directly first before leaving negative feedback so we can try and rectify the matter as we take all our clients and guests views seriously.



Entry & Behaviour at Our Events


We reserve the right to refuse entry at our events/mini breaks due to incorrect dress code, abusive or drunken behaviour or non payment of your place. We operate a no substances rule at all events and breaks. We trust that all guests will behave in a courteous manner whilst at one of our events or retreat breaks. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the event/break if you don’t follow these simple T&C’s. Thank you.



Refunds


•We cannot refund for non attendance under any circumstances at anytime.

•No refunds if you’re asked to leave due to breaking the T&C’s rules.

•Refunds will be considered only if it's 8 weeks before the event/break and dependent upon reasons given. Any booking fees we've paid through Paypal will be deducted. You are advised to sell your tickets on first.

•When refunds are authorised these can take upto 8 weeks to process depending on the event/break date and your request.

•If we reschedule an event or retreat break due to unforeseen circumstances or indeed an act of god, we will not issue refunds. We will give you another date to choose from or issue a credit note. You enter into these agreements once you have booked.



Agreeing to Our Terms & Conditions


The main booker of tickets is agreeing to all our T&C's for you and your guests when you book and pay for all places. Our T&C’s are clearly stated at the time of booking and there are no exceptions.


 

Free & reduced prices - Membership & Events


If you become a member with us, you will receive free or reduced price tickets for all our events. All retreat breaks are one price.
